Sheikh Aminu bin Muhammad Al Sheikh Al Sabah Al Sabah, a member of the Saudi Royal family, and two other members of the royal court were present, the official said.
Mr Al Sabah arrived at the court in a private vehicle, while Mr Al Nahyan, who is brother of Saudi King Salman, was in a van at the entrance.
The men were present in an official capacity, and only two security guards escorted them from the building to the vehicles.

Mr Al Nahyan has been Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the United Nations since 2015.
He served as the ambassador to the United Nations from 2004 to 2010, and has served as the national security adviser to King Abdullah since June 2013.
He is the third son of King Abdullah – the elder two – to join the diplomatic service, following in the footsteps of the late King Hussein, and his son Prince Muqrin.
Mr Al Nahyan’s father, Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah, served as Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the United Nations from 1980 to 2015, and also served as ambassador to Turkey from 1999 to 2003.
Mr Al Nahyan was also Saudi’s ambassador to the United Nations’ Vienna office from 2016 to 2017 and is the deputy head of the UN’s diplomatic support centre.
Earlier on Tuesday Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud told reporters that he does not think anyone should doubt the commitment of the royal family to Yemen’s stability and stability in the entire region.
He said: “Our Kingdom has always offered assistance and support for Yemen’s reconciliation and development.”
He also added that efforts to resolve the conflict by bringing parties together, by respecting local voices, and by allowing the international community to determine the political status is the only valid and correct option.
Mr Al Saud also said that fighting is a “political decision”, saying Yemen has a political solution that reflects national unity.
